4. Die cutting: Use a flat indentation and cutting machine (commonly known as a die cutting machine) to cut the printed graphics into fan-shaped pieces for making paper cups (bowls).

5. Forming: Wholesale paper cups (paper bowls) of various specifications that you need are automatically formed by paper cup-forming machines or paper bowl-forming machines. Just need the operator to put the fan-shaped paper cup and the bottom roll paper into the feeding port. Fully automatic molding, cup output. One person can easily operate it.

6. Packaging: Seal and package the prepared tribute tea cups (paper bowls) in plastic bags, and then pack them into cardboard boxes.

1. Check the sealing: Generally, hollow coffee paper cups should be sealed in plastic packaging bags, which should not be damaged. Hollow paper cups with loose packaging are prone to environmental pollution, and hygiene cannot be guaranteed.

2. Looking at the cup body: The color of the high-quality hollow cup body pattern should be uniform, the outline should be clear, the wax layer of the waxed cup should be uniform, the coating of the coated cup should be even, without any omissions, and the cup mouth should not have obvious dents or wrinkles.

3. Check the rim of the cup: Pay attention to the smoothness and flatness of the rim, without any waste edges or burrs. The cup body should be clean and transparent, with uniform thickness, no impurities, bubbles, water marks, and no fish eye blockages.

4. When using, it is necessary to pay attention to the difference between cold and hot drinking cups and not mix them together.5. The difference between a paper cup (paper bowl) cold drink cup and a hot drink cup lies in the layer of wax and a film used in the production process.
